Palo Verde Behavioral Health offers an inpatient psychiatric treatment program for adults who are dealing with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and other mental health issues. Our personalized treatment and after-care plans address a broad range of needs, with specific consideration given to each patient. Comprehensive assessment and treatment may include individual and group therapy, as well as family education.
Treatment is provided by a team of professionals including: a Medical Director, attending psychiatrist, clinical therapist, nurse practitioner, behavioral health technicians and most importantly… you.
Palo Verde Behavioral Health provides no-cost assessment and referral services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for adults aged 18 and upwards. A face-to-face assessment may be scheduled with a qualified mental health professional to review an individual’s concerns about changes in their emotions, behaviors and level of daily functioning. The assessment takes approximately 30-45 minutes and concludes with recommendations for the best treatment options.
Appointments may be scheduled by calling our Assessment and Referral Department. Assessment and referral are a no-cost service. With few exceptions, the assessment is available to anyone regardless of insurance coverage or whether treatment is received at Palo Verde Behavioral Health or elsewhere.
Assessments are provided by evaluators who are licensed mental health counselors and trained psychologists, social workers, counselors, nurses and nurse practitioners. The clinicians are trained in assessing problems associated with mental health issues for adults. Individuals are referred to appropriate community services according to need and financial resources.
Our intake and admissions office provides no-cost assessment services 24/7. If you or someone you know is struggling and may be in need of treatment at Palo Verde Behavioral Health, don’t hesitate to call 520-322-2888 today.
