Palo Verde Behavioral Health Visitation: Important Information to Know

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled visitation time to allow all check-in processes to be complete.
  • All visitors will be required to complete a COVID screening, safety check and secure all belongings in a locker prior to being allowed in the visitation area.
  • All visitors must wear a mask while in the hospital. If you do not, you may be asked to leave.
  • No more than two visitors are allowed at a time per patient.
  • No one under the age of 13 is allowed to visit; children ages 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • FOR PATIENTS WHO ARE MINORS: Any person who would like to speak to an adolescent over the phone or visit them in person must be on a “call list” that is approved by the child’s guardian prior to the call/visit.
  • Parent/guardians of patients who are minors, please discuss this list with the patient’s treatment team.
  • If you are interested in speaking with or visiting an adolescent patient, please discuss that with the child’s parent/guardian.
