Palo Verde Behavioral Health Visitation: Important Information to Know
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled visitation time to allow all check-in processes to be complete.
All visitors will be required to complete a COVID screening, safety check and secure all belongings in a locker prior to being allowed in the visitation area.
All visitors must wear a mask while in the hospital. If you do not, you may be asked to leave.
No more than two visitors are allowed at a time per patient.
No one under the age of 13 is allowed to visit; children ages 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
FOR PATIENTS WHO ARE MINORS: Any person who would like to speak to an adolescent over the phone or visit them in person must be on a “call list” that is approved by the child’s guardian prior to the call/visit.
Parent/guardians of patients who are minors, please discuss this list with the patient’s treatment team.
If you are interested in speaking with or visiting an adolescent patient, please discuss that with the child’s parent/guardian.
